I hope that EW artist's from all over the world have noticed that the wait in the Q has reduced SIGNIFICANTLY!!   On "average", (and I stress average), 1st publish processing time is now down to 2d 4hrs; and the art update is now down to 1d 5 hrs;

Now that has to be a good thing :-)

Over the last 5 months, Elfwood has actively recruited more moderators to help process accounts and tickets.  The moderators do care for each and every artist/writer... of course we do, as we are such as well.
